Brit has made real estate his full-time career since 1986 and has assisted hundreds of companies and individuals with their commercial real estate needs. Brit covets the relationships he develops with his clients and works diligently to provide top quality services. Brit’s background includes vast experience with the leasing and sales of commercial buildings, along with assisting tenants and buyers in finding their ideal properties. In addition, Brit has experience in land development, ground-up construction and all sizes of tenant improvement projects.
Brit services his clients’ needs in the Boulder and Denver markets and prides himself on providing his clients with factual, timely information and expert representation no matter the size or location. Brit is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He uses the disciplines he learned earning his degree every day in helping his clients with complex problems and cost effective solutions.
He spends his free time skiing, cycling, playing tennis, hiking, and following CU Football. Brit is married with two daughters and enjoys living in Boulder.
