Founded in 1963 in Boulder, Colorado, Dean Callan & Company is a full-service real estate company specializing in commercial brokerage, development and investment acquisitions.
Dean Callan & Company has been part of Boulder’s commercial real estate fabric for 60 years. During this time, the Company has committed itself to building one of the oldest, family-owned and operated, boutique commercial real estate companies in the region. Our longevity, knowledge and involvement within the community has allowed us to cultivate and maintain many relationships within the industry. It is these long term relationships that enable us to better serve our clients in providing answers to every question and solutions to every problem. A team format utilizing the entire brokerage staff (accumulating more than a century of experience) works on all transactions. Brokers have extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation, leasing and sales of office, flex, industrial, lab and retail space, land brokerage, land development, and new construction & development.
