This quarter, brokerages across Colorado and the US started to get an increasingly large number of calls for one specific user – Pickleball. We started hearing about this craze last year, when “Camp Pickle” announced it would be opening a 75,000 square foot facility in Centennial. Since then, they’ve announced two more locations in Colorado. North Kansas City-based Chicken N Pickle is serving up its first location in Colorado and 14th companywide. Meanwhile in Boulder, “Boulder Pickleball” signed a lease at 3550 Frontier Ave for 19,200 square feet.

I’ve seen groups as small as 2,000 square feet looking for single private court opportunities and larger groups looking for 50,000 square feet to open pickle entertainment centers.”
