A Note From our President, Becky Callan Gamble
Welcome to our refreshed website that also includes a new logo and branding. This is the company’s 4th logo modification since 1963. In 2023 we will be celebrating our 60th anniversary! So much to be proud of, grateful for, and excited for the road ahead.
As we head into 2023, this will be my 32nd year with Dean Callan & Company. In this day and age, it is rare to find a local company that has survived the daily competition from the national companies. It takes hard work, creativity, a little luck but most important, an incredibly loyal team that is not only the best at what they do, but also are really good people who truly value the relationships established and the communities we work within. That is our team at Dean Callan & Co. We have a combined 150 years of experience and our brokers tenure average at the company is nearly 18 years.
Like all good companies, we are always looking for ways to better serve our clients and the new website is just one of the small changes we hope to make in the coming months. In 2022, we became the first Boulder based commercial real estate firm to have an in-house research department and marketing team. That adds to our in-house graphic designer and licensed drone pilot. In turn, this allows us to provide our clients with time sensitive data and produce first class marketing material through multiple platforms reaching the targeted audience.
