Lonny joined Dean Callan & Company Property Management, Inc. as Facilities Manager in March 2007. He has been in the property management field for 21 years. As Facilities Manager, Lonny is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintaining and improving our commercial properties, including day to day repair & maintenance, 24/7 emergency response, capital improvements, tenant improvement/finish projects and customer relations. Lonny is "100% committed to customer satisfaction and I love what I do."
A Colorado native, Lonny is married to Angel and has 2 boys, 2 girls and 2 dogs. |

Brit has over 23 years of commercial brokerage experience. Brit specializes in commercial leasing and sales, and is also experienced in land development and ground-up construction. In 2008, he completed over 300,000 square feet of commercial leases and sales. He has maintained numerous long-term relationships with local landlords, developers and tenants over the years and has a thorough understanding of the Denver and Boulder markets. A Boulder resident, Brit enjoys skiing and volleyball.

Hunter Barto has been an integral part of the Boulder County commercial real estate market and Dean Callan & Company, Inc. for the past twelve years. Hunter has maintained numerous long-term working relationships with local landlords, developers and tenants throughout his career. His thorough knowledge of the Boulder and Broomfield County markets has established him to be one of the top brokers in Boulder. To date, Hunter has completed over 400 commercial lease and sale transactions representing both landlords and tenants, and was the 2003 Chairman of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder.
Hunter lives in Longmont, Colorado and enjoys cycling, hiking and snowboarding. Hunter is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2003. |

Ryan Blasdell joined Dean Callan & Company in 2007. He has previous corporate tenant advisory experience with national clients such as The University of Phoenix, The Shaw Group, Marsh & McLennan Companies and FedEx. At Dean Callan & Company, Ryan specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation throughout Boulder County and the surrounding area. His competitive nature and ethical approach have allowed him to establish long term relationships in the Boulder market. Ryan brings a high level of strategic and creative planning approaches as well as aggressive negotiating to each deal.
Ryan is originally from Hawaii. He is an avid skier, triathlete (Ironman Finisher), and was a member of the SMU rugby team. Ryan has volunteered with the Special Olympics and has raised thousands of dollars for the Children's AT Project.

Founder of Dean Callan & Company, Inc. in 1963, Dean is one of the original commercial real estate brokers in Boulder. He has participated in upwards of 1,500 sale and lease transactions as well as developed industrial parks and office buildings.
Over the years Dean has been a board member of several high profile financial institutions including Security Bank and Colorado National Bank(now US Bank) as well Community Hospital, Fraiser Meadows Manor and The University of Colorado Golden Buffalo Scholarship Fund.
Dean is presently very involved with the Company and focuses on “special interest” projects, investment work and consultation. His hobbies include golf, watching his grandchildren’s sporting events, working with the family business and being a part of Boulder’s dynamic city. |

Scott Callan has 30 years experience in the real estate industry in the Denver/Boulder area, Phoenix, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. He founded Dean Callan & Company Property Management in 1993 after acting as Vice President of Picerne Development Corporation where he was responsible for the acquisition and/or development of 3,500 apartment units in Arizona and Nevada. Presently, Dean Callan & Company Property Management Services represents more than 750,000 square feet of commercial space in Colorado.
In addition, Scott is a Managing Partner in several real estate partnerships and has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 250,000 square feet of commercial projects in Colorado and Arizona during the past 10 years.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Colorado, a licensed Colorado real estate broker and enjoys his family, golf, travel, the outdoors, and CU's Golden Buffaloes.

Gina Calley joined Dean Callan & Company Property Management Services in 2006 and brings with her 6 years of management and construction experience. Prior to joining Property Management Services, Gina worked for a national real estate company where she managed new home sales and construction.
Gina manages the portfolio for the Company and is responsible for day-to-day operations; she is a detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with both tenants and owners while providing best-in-class service.
Gina is a graduate of Colorado State University and is an outdoor enthusiast whose recreational passions include snowshoeing, hiking, and running.

Following 30 years in the construction industry, the last 15 years as Vice President of a national home building company, Myra joined Dean Callan and Company as a Property Manager in 2006. Her years of construction management experience made her a natural for the property management business. She currently fills the roll as Director of Operations and Assistant to the President.
Myra lives in Boulder with her husband and 2 dogs (Molly and Ani) and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.

Dryden joined Dean Callan and Company in 2004, bringing a strong knowledge base of the Denver-Boulder market, having started his career in commercial real estate with CBRE in Denver. Dryden focuses on commercial leasing and sales in a variety of sectors, representing both landlords and tenants, as well as assisting clients with build-to-suit and joint venture opportunities. Dryden has repeatedly proven his ability to develop open lines of communication and a strong rapport with his clients and consultants. The result is an integrated approach which ensures the client’s needs and expectations are captured accurately. With an eye to the future, Dryden stays current on market tendencies as Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder and is affiliated with various committees and professional organizations which keep his real estate perspective current with national news, the community and ongoing trends. His ability to help both entrepreneurs and large-scale corporations realize their goals and make challenging spaces work for a multitude of clients results in a large referral base. To date, Dryden has completed over 300 successful commercial lease and sale transactions. Dryden was awarded a full athletic scholarship to the University of Colorado at Boulder and was a member of the 2001 Big XII championship team and 2003 Big XII North champions. While at CU, Dryden earned Bachelor’s of Science degrees in both Finance and Psychology. Outside of work, Dryden can be found out and about in Boulder with his fiancé Lindsay or in the mountains near Grand Lake hiking with their dog Guinness, mountain biking and snowmobiling. |

President of Dean Callan & Company, Inc. since 1998, Becky specializes in tenant, landlord and owner-user representation of leasing and sales in office, industrial and retail space.
Achievements include the representation of the purchaser in the single largest sales transaction recorded in the City of Boulder to date ($32 million). Becky has been involved in more than 450 real estate transactions since joining her father in 1992.
A native of Boulder, Becky graduated from the University of Texas as a two-time All-American in tennis. She spends leisure time with her two children and husband biking, skiing, golfing and coaching soccer. |

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is a three-time All-American ski racer. He spends his free time golfing, biking, skiing, watching the Buffaloes and coaching soccer. Bruce is married to Becky Callan Gamble, and they have two children, Beau and Berkley. |

Tammy Matthews joined Dean Callan & Company Property Management Services in 2008 and brings with her over 15 years of real estate management experience. Before moving back to Colorado, Tammy worked with Impact Development as their commercial property manager. She managed and marketed a portfolio of over 900,000 sf of retail and office real estate in Las Vegas. She started her real estate career in Boulder as the office manager for Borg Real Estate in 1994. Tammy is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly.
Tammy lives in Thornton, Colorado with her husband and two boys. She enjoys hanging out with her family, creating art, and playing music. She is a member of the Thornton Community Band, an avid supporter of TASHO, and founder of recycle2art.com.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Maryland (Go Terps!) and enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, reading and cooking. |

Deb joined Dean Callan and Company as Controller of Accounting in April 2008. She came to the company with more than 12 years property management/accounting experience in both residential and commercial real estate. As Controller she is responsible for management of the company’s financial reporting including financial systems and controls. She is committed to the accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Deb is a native of Colorado and enjoys spending time on the homestead in Eastern Colorado as well as camping in the beautiful Rockies.
